Biography
- Kuei-Hu Chang is a professor at Department of Management Sciences in R.O.C. Military Academy, Taiwan.
- Dr. Chang received his Ph.D. from School of Industrial Engineering and Management at National Chiao-Tung University in 2008.
- He received his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the R.O.C. Military Academy in 1996, his Master’s degree in Resources Management from the National Defense Management College in 2000
