Biography
- Dr. To received a Ph.D. degree at the Institute of Botany, National Taiwan University, Taiwan, in 1990.
- After postdoctoral trainings in Chang-Gung University (Taiwan), Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital (Boston, USA), and Academia Sinica (Taiwan), Dr. To joined Agricultural Biotechnology Research Center, Academia Sinica, Taiwan, since 1999.
- Dr. To published over 25 research articles and reviews (in a range of well-known journals including Biotechnology and Bioengineering, Theoretical and Applied Genetics, Plant Cell Reports, Genome, Plant Molecular Biology, Plant Journal, Current Genetics, Microbiology, Molecular and General Genetics, Plant and Cell Physiology, Planta, Combinatorial Chemistry & High Throughput Screening, Physiologia Plantarium, Molecular Breeding, Plant Science, Botanical Studies, Plant Cell Tissue and Organ Culture, Plant Biology, etc.), 3 book chapters, and also received 2 patents.
