Biography
Hyunmin Choi is a graduate school student in the Department of Anatomy at Yonsei University, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, South Korea, having completed prior education at Yonsei University - Wonju Campus. His research focuses on dental implant surfaces, osseointegration, and bone regeneration, with particular emphasis on surface treatments, biomaterial carriers, and the evaluation of implant stability and bone graft enhancement. His published work includes investigations of zirconia-porcelain veneer surface properties, titanium dioxide nanotube implant surfaces, recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2 delivery systems, and photofunctionalization effects on bone grafts in animal models. Choi has also contributed to studies examining genetic associations with bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaw and the clinical acceptability of CAD/CAM dental restorations.
