Biography

Hamid Arazi is a Faculty Member at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Mashhad, Khorasan-e-Razavi, Iran, specializing in Exercise Physiology. He earned his PhD in Exercise Physiology from the University of Guilan (2004–2008), his M.A. in Physical Education and Sport Sciences from the University of Tehran (2002–2004), and his B.A. in Physical Education and Sport Sciences from the University of Sistan and Baluchestan (1999–2002). His research focuses on resistance training, plyometrics, supplementation, and oxidative stress, with his most-cited work, "Creatine Supplementation, Physical Exercise and Oxidative Stress Markers: A Review of the Mechanisms and Effectiveness" (2021), receiving 114 citations. He has authored over 43 indexed publications, translated more than 10 books on exercise science into Persian, and delivered over 50 presentations at national and international conferences.
