Biography
Dr. Ivette Suarrez Arroyo is an Assistant Professor at Universidad Central Del Caribe in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. She earned her PhD and completed her education at Universidad Central Del Caribe and the University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez Campus. Dr. Suarrez Arroyo's research focuses on cell biology, molecular biology, and cancer biology, with particular emphasis on breast cancer and inflammatory breast cancer. Her most-cited work, "Theoretical Prediction of Gastrointestinal Absorption of Phytochemicals" (2022), has been cited 30 times and reflects her contributions to understanding phytochemical bioavailability in relation to cancer research.
